Jewish developer Joseph Moinian is planning 1,540 apartments and a luxury hotel near Hudson Yards, adding hundreds more homes than his massive Sky apartment tower.
Moinian revealed the plans in an interview with Commercial Observer. The development, known as Site K, would beat Sky’s 1,175 apartments by 365 homes.
He also described plans for a “five-plus-star” hotel alongside the apartments, bringing another major luxury development to Manhattan’s West Side.
The project remains in the planning stage. The interview did not provide a construction start date or opening date.
