The project, called Village Landing, will include approximately 80 shops, more than 100,000 square feet of restaurants, 90,000 square feet of offices and a 180-room Hilton hotel. Starwood Property Trust provided Ross with a $29.1 million loan for the land purchase.
The full 71-acre development will be built around six connected plazas, a main street and a village square. Plans also include lakefront restaurants, a boardwalk, walking paths, playground, dog park and green areas for markets, festivals and community events.
Village Landing is Ross’ first major development outside West Palm Beach since launching Related Ross in 2024. Construction is expected to begin this fall, with the new Florida town center scheduled to open in fall 2028.
