Dushinsky and business partner Isaac Schlesinger are developing Ombelle through their company, Dependable Equities. The project is expected to be completed around 2028, and one of the towers is already 45 percent sold.
The development will also include Fort Lauderdale’s first Equinox fitness club, bringing another major luxury brand into the growing neighborhood.
Dushinsky is an Israeli born Hasidic Jew whose first language is Yiddish and whose education came through the yeshiva system. After building some of Brooklyn’s largest residential projects, he is now taking his real estate operation into Florida.
