The 2.15-acre property sits directly north of Ellison’s existing estate and features approximately 200 feet of Atlantic Ocean frontage and another 200 feet along the Intracoastal Waterway. With the purchase, the Oracle co-founder now controls about 1,400 feet of beachfront and roughly 1,500 feet of additional waterfront.
Ellison originally bought the estate in 2022 for a record-breaking $173 million, setting a new Florida residential sales record at the time. The newly acquired lot was previously part of a planned $285 million luxury mansion project before the developer decided to split and sell the land to neighboring property owners.
With an estimated net worth of more than $154 billion, Ellison continues expanding one of Florida’s most valuable private estates. While his plans for the newly purchased property have not been revealed, the acquisition further strengthens his growing portfolio of luxury real estate across Palm Beach County.
