Jewish billionaire Larry Ellison is preparing to sell his Florida oceanfront estate for $165 million, more than double the $80 million he paid in 2021.

The Oracle co-founder’s property sits on 8.4 acres in North Palm Beach’s gated Seminole Landing community, with 520 feet of ocean frontage.
The seven-bedroom mansion includes a swimming pool, tennis court and room for private helicopter landings.
Ellison previously offered the estate for $145 million in 2022. His new asking price is $85 million above his purchase price, though no sale has been announced.
