The company was built by Israelis who worked inside military intelligence on advanced cloud and cyber security before taking that experience into the private sector.
Cyera now helps major companies protect sensitive data and control what AI systems can access, a market that has exploded as businesses move deeper into artificial intelligence.
The new investment pushes Cyera’s valuation above $12 billion, after the company raised about $1.4 billion this year alone.
Cyera has also been expanding aggressively, including a roughly $1 billion acquisition of Israeli security company Oasis.
For Israel, it is another major example of elite military technology experience turning into a global company backed by one of the biggest names in finance.
