The VA plans to use Salesforce technology and AI agents to connect employees, medical information and government systems. The goal is to help veterans receive faster healthcare, benefits and support.

The department serves more than 17 million veterans, relatives and caregivers through 170 medical centers and over 1,100 outpatient clinics across America.

Salesforce’s AI could assist with patient calls, benefits checks, care coordination and medical scheduling. The VA hopes the new system could eventually cut average scheduling times from 28 days to just minutes.

The contract is another major government win for the company founded by Jewish billionaire Marc Benioff, as Salesforce brings its AI technology into one of America’s largest healthcare systems.
