Hasidic developer Simon Dushinsky is preparing to sell 60 luxury apartments on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, with expected asking prices ranging from $3.6 million to $30 million, according to CityRealty.
Released prices for a selection of apartments include $3.6 million for a two-bedroom home and $14.8 million for a five-bedroom apartment measuring roughly 4,000 square feet.
Dushinsky, an Israeli-born member of Williamsburg’s Vizhnitz community, is leading the development through Sky Equity Group. The 20-story building at 260 East 72nd Street will include an indoor pool, gym, spa and private dining spaces, with completion expected in 2027 and Douglas Elliman handling sales.
