Three Years After October 7, Reports Show Jewish and Israeli Donors Are Increasing Charity Donations, With Billions Raised

Jewish Federations raised $2.9 billion in fiscal 2025 for Jewish communities and Israel. Annual campaign donations increased 15.4%, the biggest jump in a decade, driven mainly by existing donors contributing more.

In Israel, donations through JGive rose from around ₪160 million before October 7 to nearly ₪400 million in 2025, an increase of roughly 150%. Most came from Israelis.

JGive’s CEO says support is increasingly focused on wounded soldiers, mental health and helping affected families rebuild their lives.
