Chipotle is testing Palantir’s system across restaurants using things like health inspection scores, employee illnesses and pest reports.
Each location can then get a risk score, so Chipotle can quickly see where something may be going wrong and fix it earlier.
Palantir is best known for working with governments and the military, so seeing its technology now used inside a giant restaurant chain is a pretty big shift.
