EverPass has the exclusive rights to distribute NFL Sunday Ticket to commercial venues. It also distributes games and programming from the NBA, MLB, Premier League, Champions League, WNBA, NASCAR and other major sports. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The deal gives Segev’s DAZN an established network of American businesses instead of having to build one from scratch. EverPass will be renamed DAZN for Business, while its CEO Alex Kaplan will continue running the operation.
The deal also brings some powerful American sports investors closer to DAZN. The NFL’s investment arm, RedBird Capital Partners and TKO Group Holdings will become minority shareholders in DAZN as part of the transaction.
DAZN is controlled by billionaire Len Blavatnik’s Access Industries and has grown into one of the world’s largest sports streaming businesses. Segev has served as CEO since 2021 and is now pushing the company further into the massive U.S. sports market.
